Author

Tribe Vibes is a rallying cry for friendships that go beyond small talk and social media. Full of humor and hard truths, it’s your invitation to build a ‘tribe’ that celebrates you at your best—and sticks around at your worst.

I wrote Tribe Vibes because, let’s face it, building real, supportive friendships as an adult can feel like navigating a minefield in high heels. Between career chaos, relationship roller coasters, and social media highlight reels, where’s the manual on how to build genuine connections? This book is my answer to that – a fun, down-to-earth guide to fostering friendships that can survive awkward silences, late-night heart-to-hearts, and everything in between.

Listen, Tribe Vibes isn’t here to be your friendship “rulebook” – I’m not giving you a step-by-step guide on “how to be a perfect friend” (spoiler: there’s no such thing). It’s more like your sassy, well-intentioned friend who occasionally drops wisdom between laughs. My goal is simply to bring a little awareness and maybe even spark a few “aha” moments. If, after reading this book, you find yourself in a tricky situation or thinking about your bestie, and you go, “Oh wait, didn’t Tribe Vibes have a funny take on this?” – then mission accomplished!

In a world where we’re more “connected” than ever but often feel lonelier than ever, Tribe Vibes invites readers to go beyond the superficial and embrace the mess, the laughs, and the real talk that true friendships are built on. It’s about creating a world where our friendships are a safe place to fall apart, celebrate, or just binge-watch bad TV in silence together.

This isn’t just a book; it’s an invitation to be part of a movement – a rally cry for real connection, friendship, and a whole lot of love. Tribe Vibes is my invitation to everyone craving something deeper than surface-level chit-chat. I want this book to be the spark that gets people talking about what truly matters in friendship—authenticity over appearances, support over judgment, and yes, a little vulnerability over trying to have it all together.

Imagine if we all took our friendships up a notch, building our “tribes” with the kind of people who lift us up, push us to grow, and make life a little more bearable (and a lot more fun). That’s the vision. So, if you’re ready to break through the small talk and make your friendships a force for good, Tribe Vibes is for you. Let’s get everyone talking, uniting, and making friendship something we’re proud to celebrate.
